Mainstage is a content company for India. A studio for brands, a talent line for creators, run as one operation with one standard.
We don’t scale by adding clients. We scale by adding teams, small, capped pods that go deep instead of wide. The conflict policy is public, visible on purpose.

Shubham Gautam
Shubham started Mainstage on a simple read of the market: most content is noise, and the fix is not more output but a better operating model. The company is built around small, capped pods that go deep on a few brands and creators instead of spreading thin across many.
The bet is craft. In a market where the floor is low, being visibly excellent and genuinely reliable is the whole edge.
He also brings a cybersecurity background to the work, which is why protection is built into every Mainstage engagement rather than sold as an add-on. A brand and a creator are assets worth defending, so the security layer ships by default.
What we hold to,
even when the brief is interesting.
AI-augmented operations. Human-led strategy and craft.
P1
Craft is the only proof.
We don’t claim quality, we show it, in the work and in everything around it, this page included. If it isn’t visibly better than the floor, it isn’t done.
P2
Capped on purpose.
We grow by adding teams, not clients. When a pod is full, we open another instead of stretching the first. Your work never pays for our growth.
P3
Weekly rhythm, fixed slots.
Plan Monday. Capture Tuesday. Edit mid-week. Ship Friday. Same shape across both lines, every week. The work compounds because the rhythm is real.
P4
AI in operations, not on the brochure.
AI lets the pod ship faster, at the same standard. Editorial decisions stay human. We do not sell it as a feature.
P5
Honest numbers, or no case study.
We publish work as we earn it, with the brand’s permission and attributable numbers. No inflated logos, no fabricated metrics.
P6
Two doors, one conflict policy.
We represent creators. We also build content for brands. The conflict policy is public, and we follow it.
Five numbers.
The whole operating model.
The cap is real, but counted by workload, not headcount. A pod might run five brands and three light creators, or four brands and two on full treatment. When it’s full, we open another instead of stretching it.

the company behind the work.
You found it.
Hiring opens when a pod is ready for one, not before. When we're looking, the brief lives at the email below. Cold notes welcome; one paragraph beats a three-page deck.
