C1
Established
Creators with a working channel, consistent output, an audience that knows your voice, and inbound interest you don’t have time to manage well.
Inbound DMs with vague briefs. Screenshot rate cards. Contracts negotiated over WhatsApp. Payments that arrive late, or not at all.
Full representation, pitching, paperwork, payment, career reviews. The career is the brief. Brand deals are how we fund it.

Established
Creators with a working channel, consistent output, an audience that knows your voice, and inbound interest you don’t have time to manage well.
C2
Emerging
Creators with momentum but not a system yet, strong work, irregular cadence, brand deals that show up but don’t add up to a strategy.
C3
Not for
Creators chasing one big moment instead of a career. Anyone unwilling to sign a written agreement. Niches that would conflict with the brand side of the company.
H1
Pitching
We pitch, to brands you’d actually want to work with, not the next inbound from the bench. Every offer is read alongside you.
H2
Paperwork & payment
Contracts go through us. Money goes through us. Brand pays Mainstage, commission is deducted, you’re paid inside 7 business days.
H3
Career reviews
Once a quarter, we read your career together, what’s growing, what’s leaking, what next year looks like. The deals are how we fund the career.

We represent creators. We also build content for brands. The day a brand client wants to do a deal with a managed creator, those two relationships create a conflict. We make the policy public, and we follow it.
Tell us about the work, the goals, and the place you're stuck. Every application is read personally: yes, not yet, or a polite no with the reason, inside two business days.

No. T1 (Brand-Deal Brokerage) is non-exclusive and commission-only. T2 (Full Management) is exclusive or near-exclusive with a retainer. T3 is a one-time six-month engagement that ends with an opt-in to T1 or T2 if both sides want it.
It depends on the tier. T1 is commission-only on closed deals. T2 has a smaller commission plus a monthly retainer. Specific numbers happen in the application conversation, not on the public site.
Not by default. We're the manager, not the content team. That's the Studio side. If you want full content production alongside representation, that's a separate engagement and we'll be honest about whether you actually need it.
By fit, not by frequency. Every deal we pitch is one we'd accept on your behalf if you asked us to decide. If we wouldn't sign it ourselves, we don't put it in front of you.
We tell you. We tell the brand. The conflict policy at /legal/conflict-policy is the codified path; usually it ends with one or both sides choosing not to take the deal. We make the policy public so the rule isn't a surprise inside a negotiation.
India-based creators are the marquee specialty. We represent NRI creators selectively when the brand-fit case is clear. The audit conversation makes the call.
If your current manager is good and you're happy, stay there. If you're stuck on what to do next, sometimes the right answer is the audit, not a switch.
We hold the brand relationship on payment. The brand pays Mainstage; commission is deducted; you're paid within 7 business days. If a brand misses a payment, you don't chase. We do.
