These terms govern your use of the Mainstage Studio website at mainstagestudio.in. Commercial engagements with Mainstage Studio (Studio services, Talent representation, or any other paid relationship) are governed by separate written agreements, not by these website terms.
Acceptance
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using the site.
Intellectual property
All content on this website (copy, design, layout, code, and brand marks) is the property of Mainstage Studio unless otherwise indicated. You may share short excerpts (up to ~150 words) with attribution: credit to Mainstage Studio and a link back to the source page. You may not republish or rehost substantial portions without our written permission.
Published work that names a client or creator (case studies, profiles, tear-downs) is published with that party's written consent. The numbers and outcomes are theirs; the writing is ours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false or misleading information through any form on this site;
- attempt to access parts of the site you are not authorised to access;
- attempt to disrupt the operation of the site;
- scrape, mirror, or programmatically replicate the site without permission;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
No warranties
We publish this site in good faith. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the content here.
External links lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for what you find there.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mainstage Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of your use of this website, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill. Direct losses, where attributable, are capped at the value of fees you have paid us under any separate agreement, or ₹0 where no such fees exist. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law (for example, liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Mainstage Studio harmless against any third-party claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or content you submit through the site that is false, infringing, or unlawful.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is first raised in writing to hello@mainstagestudio.in for direct resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty days, it is referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration is seated in Delhi, conducted in English, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, or, failing agreement, by the courts at Delhi.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder of the terms continues in force. The unenforceable provision is read down (narrowed, not deleted) to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, while preserving the original intent.
Entire agreement
These terms (together with any separate written agreement you have signed with us, the privacy policy, and the conflict policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Mainstage Studio about your use of this website. No oral promise, no representation outside these documents, modifies them.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms. We may assign these terms to a successor entity in a corporate reorganisation, sale, or restructuring. We update this page if that happens.
Changes
We update these terms as the business and the law evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
